Nestled in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains and on the Crooked Road, Wise has been “The Place to Be” during the second weekend of each October for the last 46 years. As you stroll down Main Street, expect to see over 100 vendors displaying quality crafts and delicious food. Live Mountain Music will emanate through the streets from the beautiful Big Glades amphitheater all weekend long. We're proud to be a co-sponsor of the Wise Fall Fling and, alongside our partners at the Town of Wise and the Wise Business Association, participate in the local arts traditions of our region.
The festival will include performances from Ron Short and the Possom Playboys, Mississippi East, King's Messengers, Appalachian Highlanders Pipes and Drums, Craig Street Ramblers, Country Cabin Line Dancers, Center Stage Cloggers, and more!
